Terms and Conditions:

The raffle fundraiser will be open at 12 pm EST on October 10/06/2023 and close at 4 pm EST on December 12/ 19/2023.

Participants will have two (2) methods of entering the raffle:

Method 1: The participant will receive one (1) raffle entry per Ration® item purchased. Ration® Company LLC will purchase each such entry on behalf of the customer for showing their support to the non for profit, Swim With A Mission™. To qualify and receive this type of entry, the participant must, visit www.rationcannabis.com/patriotstickets2023 to follow prompts including; uploading a photo of their receipt for proof of purchase & licensed retail location

Method 2: Visit www.rationcannabis.com/patriotstickets2023 and select the button prompt to Donate to Swim With a Mission™ for an opportunity to win tickets.

There are no limitations on the number of entries each participant can enter as long as qualifying entry guidelines are followed.

This raffle is open to all residents of the United States, aged 21 or over. The winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity.

Please ensure you upload a clear photo of your receipt verifying your purchase; Proof of location, date, and time is required.

There is only ONE (1) prize available to be won. The details of the prize are as follows: Two (2) tickets to the New England Patriots® game on January 07, 2024 at Gillette® Stadium in MA accompanied by a US Navy Seal.

The winner will be selected at random and contacted on December 19, 2023 by Swim With a Mission™ by telephone. If the winner does not respond in order to claim the prize by the end of the next working day, Swim With a Mission™ reserves the right to contact the next eligible winner (and in this case the original winner forfeits their claim to the prize), and so on until a winner is found.

The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the elements of the prize cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specified above, no other costs or expenses will be covered by

Swim With a Mission™, Ration® Cannabis, or any of the prize providers.

Swim With a Mission™ and its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any online entry not being properly received.
